Do I Have To Look At The Camera?
We give you the option of filming off-camera with a series of questions that you supply us so you don't need to look down any lens!
Can I Bring Clients Or Team Members?
Yes.
We allow a maximum of four people for one shoot.
This could be a business owner and three other people. They can be clients delivering testimonials, staff members talking about their roles in the business or suppliers talking about their involvement in the business.
Will My Videos Be Formatted For Instagram Reels?
Yes.
We provide you with two formats for each video.
Vertical - Reels, TikTok, stories
Horizontal - Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
How Long Do You Need Me For My Shoot?
We allow an hour to shoot your videos.
Participants in the 10x package, so far, record all 10 of their videos between 25 minutes and 55 minutes.
We allow a maximum of 75 minutes to record or a further $400 will be charged.
What Sort Of Training Do You Provide?
Our training is comprehensive.
We have an online training portal with training videos for each step along the 10x10x10 filming journey.
You'll get free script examples, story structures, script openers, downloads and templates to help write your scripts.
We deliver a one-hour online training session each week with script and story writing training and feedback.
Most customers take about four weeks to write their 10 scripts. If you've never filmed with a teleprompter, then we'll give you a further two weeks to prepare.
Prior to filming you'll get access to our Executive styling coach to advise you on your wardrobe choices for the best outcome. We'll also provide training videos on optimal camera presentation so you're at your best.
On the filming day, we'll give you presentation direction and coaching so you are professional and look as good as you can be. After filming, our life & vitality expert can guide you through the challenges of posting your videos, including dealing with imposter syndrome.
Can You Write My Scripts For Me?
Yes. For a small fee, we can get our copywriter to interview you for 30–40 minutes, and then they'll write up your 10 scripts. You can make changes to your scripts before filming. Perfect for busy people.
Can I Shoot My Videos At My Home Or Office?
Yes.
For a small location fee, we can travel to your office and film you there. Just ask us when you download the offer.
How Long Should My Videos Be?
All videos must be 60 seconds or under due to the time it takes to film them.
Can I Write Sales Scripts For Paid Ads?
You can write scripts for whatever you want.
They can be for social media to promote your business, for your website pages, for your blog, for your email marketing campaigns, or for paid ads.
How Will You Edit My Videos?
We're shooting with two cameras - the teleprompter and a close-up camera, so we'll move between these two cameras in the edit. We'll add a royalty-free music bed under your voice and finish with your logo.
If you want extra editing, like images, graphics, captions, headlines or a specific call to action, we can add these for a small fee.
